About Angelo Falconi III

Angelito F. Falconi III, expert hair colourist, technical consultant and educator, is the Creative Director and owner of Angelo Falconi III [Hair Colouring, Make-up and Styling Center]. Recognized as a guru in the field of haircolouring by the leading hair colour company in the world today, L’Oreal Philippines, Inc.. His long standing dedication to his profession is evidenced by being a member of the L'Oreal Club Elite, a carefully selected faculty members of the L'Oreal Academie and becoming the Top Colour Expert of L'Oreal's Colour Expert Club. He specializes in Corrective Hair Colouring techniques, professional foil highlighting/lowlighting techniques, Make-up and precision hair cutting.

Entering the business in 1989, he started managing the business while taking up Electronics and Communications Engineering at Mapua Institute of Technology in Manila where he graduated in 1992. Being a professional didn’t stop him in continuing to man the operations in full swing but this time with new ideas and a vision of changing his clientele’s idea of the beauty industry as being dominated by Filipino hairdressers who have been learning their craft by osmosis, without balancing it with technical savvy, from flighty, no-brainer pastime into a profession that demands not only talent, foresight, and creativity but also with proper education.

Angelo’s knowledge of his craft started by quietly observing, scrutinizing and making mental notes on top artist’s techniques during seminars he attends. He has combined his skills and talents to create styles that are "most talked about" for clients in the city and beyond. He believes in the "natural look" and the philosophy of "cut into the hairstyle rather than blow dry into the hairstyle". He also has that special ability to bring out the best of his/her clients creating winning make-over to clients who wishes a total change.

Being a professional and a natural perfectionist, Angelo didn’t stop from there. He continued studying and enrolled at The Academy of Salon Arts and took up the Scientific Approach to Hair Sculpture and from then, he attended seminars and trainings for more advanced studies and salon exposures here and in Hong Kong, Singapore, U.S.A. and Canada. He also went to Classic School of Cosmetology in Manila and studied Eyebrow and Eye line tattooing. Angelo’s passion in continuous learning proved to be vital in providing his clienteles professional, high quality services, updated styles and innovation in hair care using world-class products.

His first exposure was when he worked as a technical consultant and handled SoColor, by Matrix, a leading brand of haircolouring in the USA, for Beauty Concept, Inc.. He handled numerous in-salon trainings of top salons namely, David's Salon in different branches and Hair Bytes, and other salons in Manila, Ortigas, Makati, Cavite, Las Piñas and Alabang respectively. The biggest group which he handled so far was at Grand Mehn Seng Hotel in Davao for over 200 participants back to back with one of the female top stylist from Australia, Ms. Marie Jean Hamilton.

Angelo says "I have long wished that people will realize the value of an educated hairstylist, that they will not let their hair be touched by someone without knowing his background first. Many stylists are talented but only few spend time really studying their craft, specially services that will require the use of chemicals."

Today, his three outlets are regarded as one of the finest, if not the best in its class in the city when it comes to quality service in Haircolouring, Make-up and Styling. Angelo has become successful in making a mark in the minds of the people the honest work, professionally guided staffs, high quality and international standard of services that his salons can offer and has won the trust of many business magnate and professionals in the Philippines and in other countries as well.
